We are looking for machine learning engineers with strong research and development skills, system design skills and software development skills. You will design and implement foundation models for different downstream tasks for our autonomous driving system. You will closely work with experts from perception, prediction, planning teams to make our vehicles drive intelligently on various road conditions.
You will be working with a team of the best-in-class computer vision, AI systems, and software engineers to ensure the world-leading performance on our autonomous vehicles. Your work will be supported by massive data from our autonomous fleet to deliver the best autonomous driving solution.
Research and develop foundation models for multiple perception tasks, e.g., object detection, segmentation, etc., to achieve the SOTA performance.
Develop and integrate software based on recent self-supervised learning techniques and pre-training strategies.
Build data pipelines for better foundation model pre-training.
Deliver pre-trained and finetuned models to other perception team to achieve the most intelligent autonomous driver in class.
Work with massive field-testing data to continuously improve autonomous driving technologies.
Minimum Skill Requirements:
PhD or Master in computer science, electrical engineering, or other related fields.
Strong experience in applied machine learning including data collection, data analysis, feature engineering and model training.
Solid understanding on data structures, algorithms, code optimization and large-scale data processing.
Proficient in developing algorithms in Python or C++.
Familiar with common Deep Learning frameworks, e.g., PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skill Requirements:
Experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics, Natural Language Processing, or similar technical fields.
Experience in foundation model or large language model development.
Experience in CNN/RNN/GNN, imitation learning and reinforcement learning.
Experience in GPU/CUDA/TensorRT.
