Job Duties:

Tubi Inc. seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst (Analyst, Growth Marketing) to partner closely with growth marketing stakeholders to identify impactful business problems, translate them into structured business intelligence, and effectively communicate the results.  Lead marketing measurement algorithms and quantitative analyses to shed light on conversions, maximize return on ad spend, and support sustainable growth.  Build scalable, programmatic, and statistically robust frameworks for forecasting, exploring trends, and spotting anomalies by utilizing data mining and machine learning methodologies.  Design experiments to A/B test the validity of various hypotheses.  Establish and maintain scalable, efficient, and automated processes for model development, validation, and implementation.  Develop and maintain BI dashboards to make informed decisions quickly while empowering others cross functionally to have information readily accessible.  Collaborate with product and content team to understand our product and users, identify opportunities and insights from product and user behavior analysis to better support growth.  Telecommuting is permitted up to 50%/week within normal commuting distance of Tubi, Inc. office in San Francisco, CA.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field, plus two (2) years of data analysis or related experience in analyzing large datasets including experience in data cleaning; data preparation; and working with data engineering and product teams.

Experience must include one (1) year of experience in developing and maintaining business intelligence (BI) dashboards; building forecasting models; and working with marketing stakeholders to identify business problems, translating them into structured business intelligence and effectively communicating the results.

*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Matplotlib and Seaborn; 2) Knowledge of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing; 3) Knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Python, R and Excel; 4) Experience using marketing attribution tools such as Adjust; 5) Knowledge of A/B testing including test designs, test setup, result calculation and explanation; and 6) Knowledge of machine learning including regression, classification and clustering models

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $176,837.88 - $194,521 per year.  This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k)plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
