Job Description
What will a normal day look like?
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the development and completion of key business reports to support the operational effectiveness of the channel.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders
- Liaise with the IT Team on data validation for reporting development and updates
- Build and maintain reports and dashboard using Business Intelligence Tools
- Analyse data and Reporting to identify Business Trends
Qualifications
Essential
- 2-5 years equivalent demonstrated experience specific to this role
- Amenable to work in Mall of Asia Business Complex
- Advanced Excel user
- Self-motivation and self-management to work independently and confidently
- High-level interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to take ownership of agreed outcomes and deliverables
- Strong attention to detail
- Common sense and customer focus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Consultation and facilitation abilities
- Strong experience with SQL data processing
- Experience with PostGre SQL
- Equivalent demonstrated experience specific to this role
- Advanced knowledge with BI Tools, PowerPivot, and Data Cubes Experience with developing dashboards with PowerBI and other BI tools (either on-prem or cloud)
- Ability to translate data into meaningful reporting/dashboards/visualisations
- Understanding of data models
Desirable
- Experience with contact centres
- Able to work autonomously
- Experience with Tableau and other BI tools
- Experience with AI tools
