Job Description
This role is to lead Data Analytics capability for the TPS business within PPB. The role will lead a team of data analysts to perform end to end process from aiding engineering activities of data collections and processing pipelines to the build of data products and visualization products to support the delivery of end-to-end solutions to business problems through portfolio analytics and business intelligence.
This role will lead initiatives to identify drivers of business performance and recommend and/or drive solutions such the business derives quantifiable value from data.
This role is expected to engage stakeholders at the senior management and Executive level for the data analytics requirements and shaping the business solutions; as well as the role is expected to lead a team of data analysts at the various skills level for delivery of portfolio insights, and continue to champion best practice in data analytics/data science.

Experience in leading cross functional teams. Experience with data management and exposure to data modelling techniques and tools within a large service organisation across a broad range of stakeholders. Understanding of business management and related data and information lifecycles (across technology platforms) and requirements.
