Your work environment

As a member of the Sales Efficiency team, you are focused on growth for Sopra Banking Software through the implementation and optimization of sales process and tools in a data driven approach.  Our goal is for all salespersons at Sopra Banking Software to be the best salesperson on the B2B market!

Our activity is split into 2 main topics. Firstly, we manage the transformation of our sales process and tools: we identify opportunity for improvement by analysing the data (from both CRM and other systems), then define an enhancement (in the process or in the tool) and implement it.  Secondly, we focus on sales enablement, making sure that all salespersons have been properly onboarded and trained and receive the support they require to be successful.

Our sales technology stack is based on Salesforce.

The internship mission includes but is not limited to the following:

Your role as a data scientist will be to

  • explore the commercial data from the CRM,
  • request enrichment if need be,
  • identify insights to feed the continuous improvement / sales enablement team.
  • produce reports and dashboards to enable the different roles of the company to get value out of the data: from ExCom level to account managers, product managers to training managers, etc.


You are curious about B2B sales process, B2B company management and want to make an impact. You are data-driven, solution oriented and customer focused.

You like multi-cultural environment and want to join an international team. Fluent English is required.

You study at a business school, an engineer school or at a university with a major in Business, Finance, data science or computer science.

Location: Paris, France or Bristol, UK
