Job Role : Data Scientist
Location : Gurgaon
Experience Range - 7 to 15 Years
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of our auto obligation extraction platform through applied research, experience, and creativity.
- Develop/prototype/patent algorithms in areas such text classification, clustering, summarization, visualization, information extraction, opinion mining, sentiment analysis, and network & link analysis.
- Be a subject matter expert in advanced analytics and an expert in our products and offerings. Write papers, give presentations, participate in research & customer communities, and advance thought leadership.
- Perform data extraction, manipulation, cleaning, analysis, modelling, and data mining in support of your contributions.
Requirements
- An excellent problem solver with research oriented approach.
- Algorithms Geek and researcher in field of data science.
- Outstanding expertise and research experience on Machine Learning/NLP/Information Retrieval/Artificial Intelligence/Text Mining problems.
- Experience with statistical & analytics packages (R, Weka, RapidMiner, Gate, Lingpipe, etc.).
- Experience with relevant datasets such as TREC.
- Strong programming skills in Python. Ability to work with SQL and non-relational databases.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, customer-focused, collaborative environment.
- Must be able to work hands-on with minimal supervision or assistance.
- A PhD/MS/IITs Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Applied Statistics, or related disciplines with sound technical expertise in one or more of the above mentioned areas.
