What you get in this role:
We are seeking an outstanding junior attorney to join our legal team supporting ServiceNow’s rapidly growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning teams. This attorney will have a significant role advising business teams and senior leaders on a variety of legal areas, including critical data acquisition strategies, and negotiating key partnership agreement agreements, data acquisition licenses, and research agreements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department of a technology company advising clients in the full range of product development matters
Experience drafting and negotiating technology transactions and handling complex IP-related legal issues
Experience working in privacy, AI/ML or intellectual property matters is a plus
A very strong orientation as a team-player and a bias for sharing information
