About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical BizOps Associate to support our data analytics and process optimization initiatives. The BizOps Associate will work within the Business Operations Team to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing valuable insights that drive informed decision-making. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the fields of operations and data analytics.

You Will

  • Collect and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Conduct data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization, and other analytical techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively present analytical findings.
  • Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in data to inform business strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate data quality, identifying and resolving data issues or discrepancies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
  • Maintain data congruence across all our reporting platforms to ensure each report reflects the same data


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Beginner in data analysis tools such as Excel, mySQL, Python or similar tools/languages.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques for data analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with data cleaning, data manipulation, and data modeling is a plus.
