Process Optimization is a team within the Innovation Division focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of key firm processes by bringing together process reengineering, automation, and other capabilities to support making the firm a more digital and streamlined organization.

Requirements
What you need:
Minimum 3-8 years of experience with software development and Microsoft Power Platform development.
Knowledge/Certification for MS Azure
Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot
In-depth knowledge of Power infrastructure, Framework, and Life Cycle.
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and D365
Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture and development best practices.
Basic understanding of entity extraction from the OCR documents
Understanding of data structures and coding best practices, e.g. naming conventions, error handling, logging, and commenting.
Excellent written, and verbal communication and organizational capabilities
Ability to take ownership & effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across all levels
Ability to handle pressure, effectively prioritize, and handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Experience with RPA platforms such as UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
Experience in Document Understanding / AI Center / AI Builder based projects
Demonstrated experience in delivering Machine Learning and artificial Intelligence use cases for the Banking/ Finance industry
Working knowledge of industry-recognized automation toolkits like UIPath, Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau
Working knowledge of Data Analytics & ability to use data analytic tools for decision-making
General knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Value Stream Mapping) and or exposure to process management and automation tooling (Celonis, UiPath)
