Job Description
As a Visualizations Project Manager, you will be working within the US Professional Services Team, responsible for management, technical design & development, and on-going consultancy of reporting solutions that are using the Forsta Visualizations software platform.
Your main responsibilities will include delivering services with client projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and working closely with members of Account Management, Sales, and Product teams to ensure that Forsta Visualizations consistently exceeds customer expectations in delivering Market Research (MR), Customer Experience (CX)/Employee Experience (EX), and Patient Experience (PX) projects and solutions.
This role will require and challenge you to:
- Manage project plans across multiple statements of work
- Communicate and coordinate, build client relationships with services projects
- Develop and implement reporting solutions in Forsta Viz platform
- Provide on-going technical consultancy and project maintenance after the delivery phase
- Be responsible for QA, documentation, and status reporting
Qualifications
This role requires previous customer-facing experience along with technical and business assessment skills and the ability to articulate the value of technical solutions from a business perspective. The ideal individual will have knowledge of standard consulting operational processes and project delivery management experience.
- Expertise and experience with data reporting and analytics, data visualization best practices
- Background in IT consulting, services, or technical sales
- Strong ability to translate functionally/process requirements into technical design deliverables
- Ability to work closely with customers around decision making and setting relevant delivery expectations
- Experience leading complex customer projects and understanding technology deployments in SaaS environments
- Ability to pull in different resources from around the business where necessary
- Understanding of Market Research, Voice of the Customer/Employee, and Patient Health industries and their data
- Strong computer skills, analytical thinking, ability to learn quickly different platforms and integrations, SaaS/IT systems
- Dashboard Design and planning, UX/UI

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $86,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
