Miratech is seeking an intern to join our Marketing department. During your time with Miratech, you will be trained to become a Marketplace Marketing Professional and will play a crucial role in managing and developing content for third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, Azure, Google Marketplace, and Genesys App Foundry. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with the Deal Desk team to create marketing and pricing solution proposals and driving new business and revenue for the company through these marketplaces.
1. Marketplace Content Management:
- Develop and maintain compelling product listings, descriptions, and content for the company's offerings on third-party marketplaces.
- Ensure that all content adheres to each specific marketplace's guidelines and best practices.
2. Marketplace Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketplace strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the company's presence on third-party marketplaces.
3. Pricing and Proposal Support:
- Work closely with the deal desk team to create marketing and pricing solution proposals for potential clients and partners.
- Help formulate competitive pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
4. Business Development:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships within the target marketplaces by doing a competitive analysis of competing products in these marketplaces
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
5. Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and improvements.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all content and listings comply with legal, regulatory, and marketplace-specific requirements.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all marketplace-related materials.
7. Marketplace Trends and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English at an upper-intermediate level, enabling effective collaboration within our international team.
