Job scope/summary: 

The Sustainability Reporting Specialist & BI Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's sustainability reporting and business intelligence (BI) systems related to sales inquiries, bid support and unmet customer requirements. This includes collecting and analyzing data, developing reports and visualizations, and communicating sustainability performance to internal stakeholders.  

Job specifics/responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain the organization's sustainability reporting system, including collecting and analyzing data, developing reports and visualizations, and communicating sustainability performance to internal and external stakeholders. 

• Stay up-to-date on sustainability reporting standards and best practices. 

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and collect sustainability data. 

• Develop and implement data analysis and visualization tools and techniques. 

• Communicate sustainability performance to internal stakeholders. 

• Stay up-to-date on BI tools and technologies. 

• Provide technical support to users of the sustainability reporting and BI systems. 

• Conduct research and development on new sustainability reporting and BI tools and technologies.

 

Key deliverables/accountabilities: 

• Provide quarterly reporting, as needed reporting and analysis in support of organization requests

 

Education (degree) and professional experience required: 

• First level university degree with recommended focus in business or finance. 

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability reporting or BI development. 

• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting principles and practices, as well as experience with BI tools and technologies. 

• Experience with BI tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

 

Other requirements: 

• Fluent English (both written and verbal)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Attention to detail.

 

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with): 

• MS Office 

• Reporting tool /Data management
