This opportunity is made for someone bright and tech savvy who has a knack for deciphering human sentiment and possesses a passion for unveiling the intricacies of thoughts, emotions, and actions.

You will get to work on-site at our biggest client’s HQ integrating with a very knowledgeable team who will be at hand to provide guidance, brainstorm ideas and help teach new concepts. Our client is a renowned FMCG manufacturer with a wide range of well-known daily used consumer products and famous for their best-in-class award-winning marketing. In this role you will act as an extension of their global market research team providing top-notch research for their portfolio of multiple billion-dollar household and cleaning products brands.

As an Insight Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using large data sets (i.e. Google search, online reviews) and analytical tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Audiense) to provide, synthesise and inform key stakeholders with actionable recommendations
  • Identifying trends and themes in consumer attitudes, perceptions and behaviours for well-known household and cleaning products brands
  • Collaborate with Consultants and the client team to develop visually appealing and succinct reports
  • Ensuring quality in your deliverables to meet the required standard for data quality, reliability, and accuracy
  • Keeping up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics


  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in an analytics role working across social listening and consumer insights projects or a solid understanding of data analytics and market research
  • Proficient in both English and French, verbal & written
  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Brazilian Portuguese, Indonesian Bahasa, French, Dutch, verbal & written
  • Familiarity with either Brazilian, Indonesian, French, Dutch context and culture through work, studies or living abroad (if not native speaker)
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail whilst being able to see the bigger picture
  • Digitally literate with an interest in social media
  • Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools for analysis, presentation and visualisation in a shared working environment (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
