Job Description
Enterprise Horizon is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This person will support the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC). This person will be a key contributor to the development of the Navy Data Platform, an integrated end-to-end business intelligence application that retrieves data from Navy ERP and many legacy data systems, then transforms the data for consumption into a myriad of business intelligence tools. This position will focus on development in SAP Business Objects.
Responsibilities
- Functioning as a business intelligence developer able to develop and maintain BOBJ dashboards, conduct data modeling, develop reports, and report visualizations.
- Creative problem solving in an environment involving diverse sets of data, documents, and materials.
- Working closely with clients to translate user requirements into a system requirement specification by learning and understanding their business processes, business requirements, interpreting requirements, and assisting in the solution design.
- Supporting project teams and interface with clients.
- Assist in the delivery of business intelligence solutions with best-in-class products.
- Analysis, implementation, and reporting using SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), Statistical Application Software (SAS), Toad Data Point, Tableau, or other government approved analytical tools.
- SAP BOBJ Analytics Suite development to support the migration of Inform21 (Oracle Data Warehousing) into Navy Data Platform (NDP).
- Meeting with NAVSUP internal and external customers to define/refine/analyze requirements for the development and modification of documentation/products.
- Application and software migration and support to meet Cloud requirements.
- Utilize data in Yellowbrick, Oracle, and other formats with intent to integrate self-service to data.
- Integrate with other Navy data platforms such as Jupiter/Advana and AWARE.
- Support Navy ERP S4 HANA.
- Extract data and improve data flow.
- Support resolution of Application Service Request (ASR) backlogs.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
Security+ certification is required.
Experience in SAP Business Objects 4.3 is required.
The person in this position must be able to demonstrate excellent technical, organizational, and planning skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, problem analysis, attention to detail and accuracy, solid judgment, decision-making ability, proactiveness and adaptability.

Desired Experience
- Data mart rationalization, ETL and universe design/creation.
- Proven expertise in master data management, data structures, scalability, and optimum methods for designing data marts to support analytics and report creation.
- Report design, Analytics, and graphical display creation.
- Proven expertise in transforming complex data sets into useable reports and/or dashboards.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, with a technical major, such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer information systems or computer science is required. Degree may be substituted for 2 years of college and 3-5 years of related work experience.
Travel
Occasional travel to visit the client site in Mechanicsburg, PA may be required.
Military Installation Access
- Active Secret Security Clearance with SSBI check is required.
- Must be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass in a timely manner.
- Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) including an FBI fingerprint check.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to pass IT1 security clearance with SSBI checks.

Pay Scale
$135,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
