Job Description: 

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Business Intelligence Tool Administrator who can join our team producing uncommon intelligence insights. The ideal candidate will take their place amongst a team of analysts and supporting engineers and help them leverage the power and features of Tableau in service of data exploration workflows and help them create data-rich 'self-service' analytic products and dashboards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer Tableau and Power BI servers' installation, patching, regression testing
  • Configure tools for secure access SSL/TLS, etc. from users to SAP HANA
  • Integrate analytic tools to connect with SAP HANA via PKI single sign-on
  • Integrate and upgrade analytic tools within a sandbox environment
  • Perform load testing and capacity planning for Tableau and Power BI servers
  • Configure and tune Tableau and Power BI servers for optimal performance via best practices
  • Troubleshoot visualization tool issues with Salesforce and Microsoft support engineers
  • Evaluate, plan, test, and execute security patching

Here's what you need:

  • Experience in any business intelligence suite
  • Experience with relational database and analytic object access methods
  • Experience with reporting analysis tools
  • Experience with enterprise scale relational databases

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and scripting
  • Experience with Active Directory and SAML authentication configuration
  • Experience with SSL/TLS and PKI authentication configuration
  • Experience with administration of an operational software system
  • Cognos BI administration experience

Security Clearance:

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required to start

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington (the state) as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for rolein these states/city 

California: $105,200 - $168,400 

Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500 

New York City: $121,700 - $168,400

Washington (the state) : $112,100 - $154,900
