From our inception we built the company with a remote-first approach because we believe talent has no boundaries.We are looking for data scientist to accelerate data and analytics efforts on interpreting the financial impact of GTM (sales & operation team) - Sales, Customer Success, Partnership Ecosystem. This person will work closely with our FP&A digital team, FP&A, GTM (Sales and operation teams) to develop and deliver high quality insights, and recommendations to drive better and faster decisions. Successful candidates will exhibit technical skill and business savvy, with a passion for making an impact, through creative storytelling and timely actions! What You Will Do Partner with Finance & GTM (sales, strategy & Ops business partners) to build, iterate and operationalize revenue/conversion/bookings forecast model that’s driven by machine learning. Applying machine learning to optimize the performance of key GTM process (Sales, pricing, marketing etc.)to drive higher revenue Integrate the model output of various model in financial terms to Finance’s revenue forecast. Support and enable finance team’s forecasting to be more data driven. Collaborate with other data scientists across our organization to share standard methodologies, learn new analytical techniques. Design and help implement reliable and scalable data foundations and ML infra to support the model production Education Master’s Degree/PHD (preferably PHD) in a quantitative field: statistics or applied mathematics Skillset and Experience Proven experience in data science and/or machine learning domain. Experience and/or knowledge in consumption based business model in a B2B environment Experience working in GTM function at a SaaS company, e.g. key go to market funnel optimization, customer acquisition, pipeline conversion, customer insights, retention and churn etc. Expert knowledge on statistical algorithms used for supervised (classification and Regression) and unsupervised learning (clustering) Hands on experience on Classification techniques- (Decision tree, , Bayesian classifiers), Ensemble Methods-(Random forest, GBM) and association mining. Forecasting Techniques- ARIMA, Logistics Regression, Time series forecasting. Univariate & Multivariate analysis, Feature engineering, Dimensionality reduction & hyper parameter tuning. Stochastic modelling for uncertainty based predictions- (Markov analysis, Monte Carlo simulations), Artificial recurrent neural network (LSTM) for forecasting would be added advantage. Comfortable using structure language like R/Python and hands on experience using libraries like scikit-learn, numpy, pandas, TensorFlow, pytorch, keras etc.to build models.
