What you'll do: Build or buy data infrastructure tooling to enhance data reliability, monitoring, and hygieneServe as the technical cornerstone for the revenue funnel’s data needs, assisting in everything from linking new sources into the data pipeline to helping other teams know where and how to collect the data they need in their systemsBe the custodian for accurate data reporting and data technical best practices among the TechOps team and broader engineering team as we roll out iterative improvements across the companyDefine the platform of custom software and service integrations that will drive Aurora's business through automated workflows and data-driven insightsBuild and own internal data applications and processes and educate cross-functional teams on their usageDefine and execute the internal strategy for cleanly documenting and modeling existing and new product and business data that can operate at the speed of our business funnelRefine and rebuild our BI/data warehousing efforts to drive meaningful insights across all business units, from internal metrics to external customer reporting What we value: Significant experience in owning and maintaining diverse datasets in a variety of development environmentsDeep knowledge of the dynamics of the entire sales and revenue process at a startup companyStrong communication skills that bridge the knowledge gap between business and technologyA love of pragmatic craftsmanshipStrong opinions, weakly held around technical systems for internal applications and data toolingAurora is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce of people who believe in and are passionate about creating a future of solar energy for all.
